God Is Redirecting My Path for a Purpose
Never in a million years would I have thought this would be me, and it all happened in a matter of seconds. But God! I thank God that I'm still here and that He has given me the opportunity to testify about just how faithful my LORD is. Sometimes disobedience comes with a cost. Pay attention to God's warnings, listen when He redirects you, and don't ignore His voice. His redirection may be the very thing that protects you.

Chapter 27: When God Had to Wake Me Up
Don’t judge a book by its cover, because you never know how deep the story gets—or how God will use it.
We’re on the 27th chapter of my life’s journey, and I’m going to boast about the LORD every chance I get!
You might be looking at my life and thinking, “Oh, Zariah is going all bad,” or “Dang, her life is falling apart.”
ONLY FOR JESUS IT IS.
And the most amazing part about all of this?
I’m still here.
I’m alive. I can breathe. I can testify. I can tell the story of how beautifully faithful our Father is.
July 30, 2026 — 35th & Wentworth BOOM!
In seconds, everything changed.
July 30th, 2026, at 35th and Wentworth became a moment I will never forget.
And what’s crazy is that the number 30 has been so significant in my life for the past five or six years. I’ve seen it repeatedly, and I believe God has been trying to get my attention.
He had been telling me to give Him 30 days of revival.
But somehow, I was always in the way.
I kept putting things off.
I kept thinking I had more time.
I kept thinking I had long years ahead of me.
And if I’m being completely honest, I was being disobedient.
God Had Been Patient With Me
Sometimes we want to blame everything that happens on the enemy, but there are moments when we have to be honest enough to ask ourselves:
“Lord, what were You trying to show me?”
I believe God had been patient with me.
He had been calling me.
He had been warning me.
He had been trying to redirect me.
And I kept resisting.
It almost felt like God was saying:
“I’ve been patient with you, My daughter. Now I need to shake things up and wake you up.”
And honestly?
Well, hey, LORD. I’m here.
I hear You now.
My obedience is secured.
I’m Okay With Starting Over
This experience changed something inside of me.
I’m no longer interested in running from what God is asking me to do.
I’m no longer interested in making excuses.
I’m no longer interested in assuming I have tomorrow promised to me.
When God asks us to do something, we have to obey.
Not when it’s convenient.
Not when we understand everything.
Not when we feel ready.
When He says move, we move.
Because obedience can literally change the entire direction of your life.
And I’m okay with starting over.
Actually, I’m grateful for the opportunity.
Because sometimes starting over with God is better than continuing down a path without Him.
My Life Will Never Be the Same
I know my life will never be the same after this.
I see things differently now.
I value life differently.
I value obedience differently.
I value my relationship with Jesus differently.
This was more than an experience.
For me, it was a test run of my faith.
And I’m still standing.
I’m still believing.
I’m still trusting.
I’m still following Jesus.
To the death of me.
Hallelujah!
I Surrender
I don’t know exactly what the next chapter is going to look like.
But I know who holds the pen.
God is in full control.
So I surrender.
My plans.
My timing.
My understanding.
My fears.
My future.
My entire life.
I surrender it all to You, LORD.
I don’t need to know every detail.
I just need to know that He is faithful.
And if God can bring me through this, He can bring me through anything.
So yes, this chapter may look messy from the outside.
It may look like everything is falling apart.
But what if God is actually putting everything back together?
What if the breaking was necessary?
What if the storm was meant to wake me up?
What if the ending I thought I was experiencing was actually the beginning of something God had been preparing me for all along?
Eyes haven’t seen.
Ears haven’t heard.
And I believe God is just getting started.
This is Chapter 27.
And I’m not ashamed of the story.
I’m not ashamed of the storm.
I’m not ashamed of starting over.
Because every chapter gives me another reason to say:
LOOK WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE.
Jesus, You have my YES.
My obedience is secured.
I surrender.
Hallelujah!
I AM ALIVE AND HERE ON A MISSION
You didn’t come this far to stop
